About Collective Empowerment - Transforming Lives and Businesses

Our Story

Our Story

For over 30 years, Collective Empowerment has been working alongside children, families, schools, and organisations through education, safeguarding, therapeutic practice, coaching, and wider supportive roles. Our team is fully qualified and brings extensive knowledge, deep professional experience, and a commitment to delivering proven, evidence‑based training that creates meaningful and lasting change.

Our work began long before Collective Empowerment existed as a formal organisation. It was founded by practitioners who have personally navigated the neurodiversity landscape—as parents, educators, and as neurodivergent individuals themselves. We understand the reality behind the labels. We know what it feels like to be told a child is “just difficult,” to sit in meetings without the right language, or to enter a workplace that was never designed with your mind in mind.

This lived experience, combined with formal clinical, educational, and coaching expertise, is what makes our approach different. We don’t simply deliver training—we create understanding that sticks.

Over the years, we have worked closely with educational institutions and businesses across the UK, supporting staff in their work with families and helping them build stronger, more informed relationships with parents and carers. Our training enhances professional confidence, deepens understanding, and equips teams to support neurodivergent Employees, clients, children and young people with clarity and compassion.

We are committed to helping every organisation build a culture that champions inclusion and strengthens connection in every interaction.
